sea through me
by
aneleh
Will you open my heart,
Like an envelope?
One quick slice
So I can feel the knife
Deep within, an unending sea.
You will find no razor sharp gulls or melancholy islands
But a ceaseless, deep, dark, blue.
Listen to its call and dive down
Witness the coral memories and shipwrecks of the past.
Call me Ariel,
Bring me back to life.
